TOOL SHOP The toolshop established in 1995 is equipped with modern technology for manufacturing moulds and press tools. AS ENKO has machines like Wire-cut Electric Discharge Machine ROBOCUT from Fanuc and Auto Z AXIS NC Function EDM from Sure First. Year 2002 brought along big changes and modernization for the tool shop, adding to the machine selection amongst others also an EDM Roboform 35P from Charmilles Technologies and a Vertical High Performance Machining Centre VCP 600 from Mikron. In toolmaking AS ENKO has concentrated on small dimension moulds and press tools with approximate dimensions up to 500 x 500 mm. The toolshop uses special programs like „Unigraphics Mold Manufacturing" to simplify and speed up the work between departments. Back
